Booking is easy: just choose your location, date, time and number of guests on our platform. You'll receive a confirmation email with your access code and everything you need to get in.
How far in advance can I book?

You can book up to 90 days ahead. We recommend booking at least a day or two in advance to secure your slot, especially on weekends.
Can I cancel or change my booking?

Cancellations and reschedules are free up to 48 hours before your session and entitle you to a full refund. Within 48 hours you can still cancel, but no refund will be issued. Each booking can be rescheduled a maximum of two times. You handle both cancellation and rescheduling yourself via the personal management link in your booking confirmation, or via saunify.se/en/find-booking.
Will I receive a booking confirmation?

Yes, immediately after booking you'll receive a confirmation with location, time, PIN code and practical info at your email. Your PIN and receipt are also shown on the confirmation page right after purchase, and you can retrieve them at any time via saunify.se/en/find-booking (enter email or phone number + date).
Can I book for someone else?

Yes, you can book on behalf of someone else. Just enter their email address at checkout so they receive the confirmation directly.
Do you offer gift cards?

Access & Arrival
I didn't get my confirmation email or PIN code — what do I do?

No worries, your booking is always there. Your PIN and receipt are shown on the confirmation page right after purchase, and you can retrieve them any time at saunify.se/en/find-booking — just enter the email or phone number you booked with plus the date of your session. The email can sometimes land in spam or be blocked by your email provider, but that never affects your booking. If you still can't find it, contact support@saunify.se and we'll help you right away.
How do I get into the sauna?

All Saunify saunas are self-service. You get a personal PIN code shown on the confirmation page right after purchase, sent in the booking confirmation, and always available at saunify.se/en/find-booking. The code works for the duration of your booked window and stops working once the window has passed.
What if my access code doesn't work?

First check that you're on site within your booked time window. The code doesn't work before or after. Forgot the code or can't find the confirmation email? Retrieve it any time at saunify.se/en/find-booking (enter email or phone number + date). If the code still doesn't work, contact support@saunify.se.
How early can I arrive?

Your access code activates 10 minutes before your booked time. We recommend arriving a bit early so you can settle in and make the most of your full session.
Is there parking available?

It varies by location. Parking information is included in your booking confirmation and on each location's page on our site.
Are the locations accessible for people with disabilities?

The Experience
How long is a session?

We offer sessions of 60 or 120 minutes. Choose what suits your group and pace. Available options are shown when you book.
What should I bring?

Swimwear or a towel (depending on your group), water to drink, and a change of clothes. Towels are available to rent at some locations. Full details are in your confirmation.
How many people fit in the sauna?

It varies by location, typically 4 to 8 people comfortably. The capacity for each sauna is shown clearly when booking.
Is there cold water swimming at every location?

Yes, all Saunify locations are waterfront with direct access to cold water. It's a central part of the experience.
Can I bring food and drinks?

Non-alcoholic drinks are welcome. Food is not permitted in or around the sauna. Please take all your rubbish with you when you leave, as there is no waste collection on site.
Will the sauna be hot when I arrive?

The sauna is preheated automatically before your session and should be around 80°C when you arrive. Note that the heater pauses automatically whenever the door is open. This is a safety feature of the equipment, not a fault. Keep the door closed during preheating and the session for the best temperature.
Health & Safety
Can pregnant women use the sauna?

We recommend that pregnant women consult their doctor before using a sauna. It is generally advised to avoid extreme heat during the first trimester.
Is there an age limit?

Children under 16 must always be accompanied by an adult (18+). Children under 4 are not recommended in the sauna.
What are the rules inside the sauna?

Be respectful of the location and the natural surroundings. Leave the sauna as you found it. No shoes indoors. No alcohol on the premises. Report any issues to support@saunify.se.
What should I do in an emergency?

Always call 112 (Swedish emergency services) in a serious emergency. Emergency contact information is available at every Saunify location. You can also reach us at support@saunify.se.
Is the sauna cleaned before my booking?

Yes, all saunas are cleaned and sanitised regularly. If you find anything that isn't right, let us know immediately and we'll sort it out.
Payment & Pricing
What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). Payment is made securely online via Stripe at the time of booking.
When is payment taken?

Payment is taken immediately at booking. If you cancel at least 48 hours before your session, the full amount is refunded to the original card within 5-10 business days (timing depends on your card issuer). No refund is issued for cancellations within 48 hours.
How much does a session cost?

Prices vary by location and time of day. Current pricing is shown directly in the booking flow for each location.
Are there discounts or memberships?
