Saunify is a digital platform for booking sauna experiences at selected locations in Sweden. The service is operated by Saunify OÜ (reg. no. 17293868, Estonia) and allows individuals and groups to book exclusive sauna sessions online.
Bookings are made via our digital platform and confirmed by email. Payment is collected at the time of booking. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout.
2.1 Service delivery. The service is considered delivered when we have made the PIN code available to you. The PIN is shown on the confirmation page immediately after purchase, sent in the booking confirmation email to the address you provided, and can be retrieved at any time at saunify.se/min-bokning. The sauna is physically available to unlock with the PIN during the booked time window. Not using your booked time does not affect delivery status — see 3.3 on no-show.
2.2 Correct contact details. You are responsible for ensuring the email address and phone number you provide at booking are correct. If the confirmation email doesn't reach you — for example because of a typo in the address or a spam filter — you can always see your booking, PIN code, and receipt on the confirmation page right after purchase, or retrieve them later at saunify.se/min-bokning (enter email + date). If you can't find it there, contact support@saunify.se.
3.1 Cancellation. Cancellation is free of charge up to 24 hours before the session start time and entitles you to a full refund to the payment card used at booking. You can still cancel within 24 hours of the session, but no refund will be issued. Refunds are processed by Stripe and typically appear on the card within 5–10 business days; the exact timing depends on your card issuer.
3.2 Rescheduling. Rescheduling to another available time slot is free of charge and can be done up to 24 hours before the session start time. Each booking may be rescheduled a maximum of two (2) times. After that, no further changes are possible; you may cancel under 3.1, but no further rescheduling will be handled.
3.3 No-show and late arrival. No refund is given for no-shows without prior cancellation. The session runs according to the booked time window — if you arrive late, your time on site is shortened accordingly, and lost time is not compensated. The PIN code stops working once the booked window has passed.
3.4 Self-service. Cancellations and rescheduling are handled via the personal management link sent in the booking confirmation email. For further assistance, contact support@saunify.se.
3.5 Saunify's right to cancel. Saunify reserves the right to cancel a session in the event of technical failure, force majeure, or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, a full refund or free rescheduling will be offered.
4.1 What's included. Founding and Sauna Society memberships are one-time purchases granting a permanent discount on shared sauna sessions and a percentage discount on private bookings at all Saunify locations in Sweden, in accordance with the terms at the time of purchase.
4.2 Permanent discount. The founding membership discount applies forever, without time limit. Saunify commits not to reduce the discount levels that applied at the time of purchase.
4.3 Opening guarantee. If Saunify has not opened at least one location for booking within 90 days of the purchase date, a full refund will be offered with no questions asked.
4.4 Booking limits. Founding members may hold a maximum of two (2) active future bookings at any time, and a maximum of one (1) booking per location per rolling 7-day window. These limits ensure availability for all guests.
4.5 Misuse. Saunify reserves the right to terminate a membership without refund in cases of systematic misuse of discounted pricing, such as repeatedly booking and cancelling to block availability.
4.6 Transfer. Founding memberships may be transferred to another person for an administration fee of 500 SEK. Transfers are handled via support@saunify.se and require written approval from Saunify.
Guests are expected to behave respectfully and leave the location in the same condition as found. Alcohol, smoking, and pets are not permitted at any Saunify location. Guests must take their rubbish with them. Disruptive behaviour may result in immediate removal without refund.
5.1 Door and temperature. The sauna heater pauses automatically whenever the door is open — this is a safety feature of the equipment, not a fault. Keep the door closed during preheating and throughout the session for the best temperature. Leaving the door open for extended periods can make the sauna feel cool even when it is working as intended.
5.2 PIN code and number of guests. The PIN code in your confirmation is personal and may only be used by you and the guests included in your booking. The guest count you entered at booking is the upper limit — no additional people may use the sauna during the session. Sharing the PIN code with anyone outside your booking, or exceeding the stated guest count, may result in your session being ended, future bookings being refused and, for members, the membership being terminated under 4.5.
Saunify is not liable for damage, loss, or theft of personal belongings. Participation in sauna activities is at your own risk. Guests with medical conditions are advised to consult a doctor before booking.
6.1 If the session does not work due to a technical failure. Saunify continuously monitors the sauna's temperature and control system. If our telemetry shows that the sauna did not heat as intended during your booked window — for example, the heater never started, it started but the temperature did not rise as expected, or our control system reported a fault during the preheat window — you may choose between a full refund or a rebooking to another available time at no extra cost. Please report the issue as soon as possible during or immediately after the session via support@saunify.se so we can match your report against the logs. In unclear cases, where the logs do not unambiguously show a technical failure but the customer experienced a problem, Saunify may offer compensation at its discretion. Saunify's liability is limited to a refund or rebooking of the affected session and does not cover consequential or indirect costs (travel, time, other expenses).
